In the 1950s, the Grey Iron Casting Company of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, used the original foundry patterns for its Crescent and Queen toy stoves to create large quantities of reproduction cast-iron toy stoves. Our stove is larger than most cast iron toy stoves. It's dimensions are: 13" l x 11" h x 6.5" w with all accessories attached. There are 15 pieces: the stove body, 1 backsplash, 1 stove pipe, 5 stove grates, 2 shelves, 1 dutch oven pot, 2 frying pans, 1 coal bucket, and 1 coal shovel. The stove door is embossed with Crescent and is hinged and functional. The back is stamped with Made in USA. There are a few areas with small amounts of rust: the grate areas, but depending on your preference for patina or not, it could be easily fixed. There are no dents or other damage other than cast pitting. This would be a great addition to a collection or a conversation piece to decorate your kitchen!
